serpranktracker.com is a new service but it's awesome. It allows you to not just track rankings but also your SEO campaign's activities, with integrated todo lists and comments that can be plotted directly on the charts to show to your SEO clients, or just for your own use (haven't seen this in other services). Great looking and multi functional ranking charts too. You can use the service for free for up to 10 keywords.
Nice listing, I hope that I’ll find some time to test all of mentioned tools ;) I have one more interesting position which I’ve tested few days ago – Colibritool.
Besides SERP tracking, they provide many statistics about your site’s keywords, backlinks, conversion, goals and competitors.
I use http://www.openserpexplorer.com most accurate tool ive found.

Are any of them for free? I have used Raven Tools so far. It's very good but its kind of expensive for my small website ( http://www.mdk-pruefung.com ). Have you any advise on which one i should use for a small project? Free would be great ;)

Ive used keyword-tracker.co.uk and thought it was really simple to understand and very cheap for daily reports compared to raventools and seomoz.
