Google tech support on Analytics account removal

Here is a case of a recent Google tech support experience. I know that big companies like to outsource tech support to save costs but for a technology leader like Google? It does not make much sense. Problem with removing Google Analytics Account There is a problem with Google Analytics for those of you who are using it (and there is no reason not to - it's a great tool). The problem is that you can not remove the Google Accounts someone gave you guest rights to.

Firefox 3 add-ons

With the recent release of Firefox 3, we got a new and improved browser of choice. The main reason I have been using Firefox for years now is expandability achieved with the Firefox Add-ons. There are a couple of add-ons that I can not imagine browsing without. They also help me do my job (WordPress and SEO) in a much efficient way.Firebug - this is most obvious reason I am using Firefox. It allows me complete control over site's CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
