I wish for another Moon race

The only reason I am sorry I was not alive in 1960's was to witness the monumental space race between USA and USSR which culminated in sending a man to the moon in 1969. Since that time, there has not been such a huge scale technological rivalry between any two nations. Today USA spends almost trillion dollars to bail out Wall street, shifting into neo-capitalism, dangerous as all other 'neo' forms out there.

How to move WordPress site to new server with zero downtime

It often comes as a topic and I decided to write a quick tutorial on how to move your WordPress site from one host to another with zero downtime. I will assume you are familiar with basic operations like database backup and FTP. So in order to transfer WordPress to new server you need to follow these steps:Backup the database from the old site and import it to the new site. Pay attention to database names. Change your wp-config.php in the old site to point to the database on the new site.

Open source Banking

If you want to steal money, don't rob a bank. Open one. Heard that on a radio today by a listener. What an eye-opening thought. We take it as granted but the banks and financial institutions are made in such way that no single transaction goes through without them profiting. They will always take care of their share first, before anything else. The bank always profits no matter what you do.

Passed the pilot tests!

Today is a very happy occasion indeed, I passed written examination tests for my glider pilot license. There were two hundred questions in ten different areas and I had 98.5% total with only three wrong answers. It was fun - and everything related to flying is when you are prepared.
