Using Insights

Let's say I want to link snazzy archives to my exact plugin page.

Installation
1. Upload the whole plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
2. Go to the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
3. Use the Options page to change your options
4. If you want to use Google Maps module then get your free Google Maps key here.
4. Write a new post. You will notice Insights toolbar. Use it :)

This plugin is great and was working fine for me in both Firefox and IE but with the latest WP update it has stopped working in firfox (still works in IE) on all my WP blogs that I updated to the latest wp version today 14th October 2012.
Stange that it still works in IE or on blogs that are not yet updated so something in the new WP update is causing issues with this plugin in firefox.

BUT... how do I get it to work with Firefox? Works fine with Chrome and IE but will NOT display the videos in Firefox.
And there really, really needs to be a way to search for a specific video on Youtube. Right now you can not do that. You have to keep putting in different keywords to try and find a certain video.

When inserting images, are they stored locally or is it a link to the location of the image? That last case, could result in broken images over time. Having the option would be great.
Would someone please answer my question? Is it possible to have this option (in an updated version)?

you can activate this (wonderful) plugin by editing the insights.php file.
Search for:
add_meta_box( 'WPInsights', 'Insights', array(&$this,'draw_insights'), 'page', 'normal', 'high' );
Then past below:
add_meta_box( 'WPInsights', 'Insights', array(&$this,'draw_insights'), '[slug_of_the_custom_post_type]', 'normal', 'high' );
You have to replace the [slug_of_the_custom_post_type] with the real slug of the post type. You can search for it adding a new post: the slug is at the end of the URL.

Question: when adding an image, can I just use it without any problems? In terms of creative commons etc. ? Maybe a typical newbie question, but the last thing I want is copyright issue.

When using the Insights plugin something weird is happening...only in IE.
I highlight the text I want to make into a link.
Copy the text.
Add the text to the Insights area and do a search.
Then click on the 'inset link to selection' icon but instead of making it a link, it deletes the text I have highlighted and replaces it with the words 'object selection'.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
