As mentioned HERE, I'm using the Amazing Grace theme, and I'm very pleased with it. In addition to replacing the stock photos with our own, I found that when WordPress is configured so that "Front page displays"…"a static page" it was not sourcing the page's title, and thus the browser showed the full url as the Title. I modified the theme's header.php as follows: (Original, lines 14-15)
if ( is_single() || is_page() || is_archive() ) wp_title('');
I've seen this reported in some forums, and it seems to be a common issue with many themes–but could not find an answer. Maybe this will help someone else, until possibly getting added to a future version.

First, Vladimir, thanks for all you do. Your theme, your plugins, your advice, this nice forum, and whole lot of ideas!
Anyway, inspired by the Pretorium blog, I changed the colors of your theme to make if feel more like "my own." I went with a blue/gray.
There's a few rough edges, like around the RSS button and portrait edges, but over all I like. http://thevirtuousrepublic.com/

I took your advice and dialed down the contrast a bit.
