I could only install Amazing Grace successfully from the Theme Test Drive widget.
When I tried to install it manually all the images in the 'image' folder wouldn't work. That meant the screen had the layout of the css stylesheet but no 'artwork', icons or photos.
After much messing around (many installs and uninstalls) I tried to access the images directly through the server, for example, in the file manager I tried to view an image and it said the image was corrupted.
As a test I then uploaded images individually using the file manager's 'file upload' feature (this is a pain in the ass as you can't upload folders, just files). The images then worked.
The files must have got corrupted during the initial upload with Filezilla.
After much messing around all is now well. The message here is to just keep trying. Hope this will help someone in the future.
