I just updated to the WP 2.7-compatible version of the Amazing/Blue Grace theme.
Everything seems to be working fine with WP 2.7, but the comments would not nest or thread properly to show which comments have been replied to a particular comment.
Yes, I did once I upgraded to the newest version of the theme. The "reply" link is displayed properly and it works. Strange thing is, the comments do not nest.

Perhaps you should adjust the padding so the comments look more nested.
