So I've installed your plug-in (which is an awesome idea btw). I activated it and set the options. I've added the 'links' widget to my sidebar (there was no widget for 'live blogroll'). I also added the RSS Feeds to my links.
HOwever, when i put my mouseover the link, I only get the link description.. no live blogroll.. my site is http://ryancoelho.com/

Can you try it with another template? Some themes are not compatible with the plugin.
