I must admit to two mistakes – not backing up before running this plugin and not reading it through properly.
Long story short, is there a way that I can go back to the way my alt and title tags were before I ran this plugin? I have a database backup from a couple weeks ago.

The plugin does not make any changes to your database. So just turn the plugin off to have it's effect reversed.

ha! I never would have thought it was so simple. I thought it must have changed the photo names in the database. thanks for getting back to me. :)
