When I turn on this feature the plugin will only convert a keyword to link if the keyword is the first in its group, even if no other keyword currently links to that url.
For example when I turn on this setting and use the following line:
Only "seo smart links" will be converted to a link; all instances of "seosmartlinks" are left unlinked even if the keyword "seo smart links" is not present in the post/page.
Just tested in the premium version and it works fine. Unfortunately I won't be updating the free version any more, I am focusing all my efforts and support for premium version.
