our own alphabet (Turkish Alphabet) include "ç,ş,ğ,ö,ü,Ç,Ş,Ğ,Ö,Ü" characters.
Example; smart links works for this word "ağrı" but can't work for this word "Behçet"
how can i fix this?

It would require a change in the plugin to support multilingual characters, planned for one of the next versions
