For my settings I have "Allow Links to Self" unchecked on both Posts and Pages yet all of the keywords I have entered into the custom field still link to themselves.

I am using version version 2.6 of the plugin and version 3.0 of wordpress on the Thesis Magazine theme.

Here are my settings starting from the top:

Posts – Checked
Allow Links to Self – Unchecked
Pages – Checked
Allow Links to Self – Unchecked
Comments – Unchecked
Posts – Checked
Pages – Checked
Categories – Unchecked
Tags – Unchecked
Link Tags and Categories at Least (1) time.
Process only Single Posts and Pages – Checked
Process RSS Feeds – Unchecked
Case Sensitive Matching – Unchecked
Prevent Duplicate links – Checked

Keyword example:

roth ira qualifications, http://www.fullfinance.com/rot…..fications/

Max Links – 7
Max Single – 1
Max Single URL – 1

Add no follow attribute – Unchecked
Open in new window – Unchecked

I deactivated the plugin. Now it is back on: http://www.fullfinance.com/rot…..fications/

I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but the same issue is happening. It seems to be only effecting my thesis themes.

Hi I was just wondering if you have been able figure out why none of my links are working in thesis?

Yeah, I can't figure it out as well. On one of my Thesis sites it works perfectly fine. On another with the exact same settings it does not work. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling it, using an older/newer version of wordpress, and using an older version of the plugin and none of that works.

It works on all my other themes though. :/
