I just updated the plug-in and now I get this crap in my slider: http://proudmagazine.dk/wp-con…..ouTube.jpg
Doesn't matter if I have a YouTube video embedded in the post or not.

I have been using Smart YouTube for 18 months with no issues
However, just found my first problem — the default.jpg image shows up in all 'festured' posts on the home page of my blogs
e.g. Life in the Fast Lane (http://lifeinthefastlane.com) has this image http://lifeinthefastlane.com/w…..efault.jpg as well as the normal thumbnail images
Not sure exactly how to fix this
Any ideas?

You can turn it off in the settings (set Video thumbnails in excerpts to Nothing)
