I just found out about this plugin and I love the idea of it, but am unsure whether I will lose all of the settings I already input for the site's existing theme (which is still in development). What I have done up to now is install the wordpress in a test folder, and then move it to the root when it's ready to go live. But because the images and links will surely get messed up, I wanted to fix this now. Therefore, I want to move my site folder etc.., but worried I may lose all of the special theme options I've already selected, if I move this to your plugin.

Normally you dont unless the themes decided to uses exactly same variables for storing options.
