I've seen your Theme Test Drive plugin recommended on another site. I would love to establish a way to run a redesign dev environment for modifying or replacing the existing theme with a custom design while maintaining the current WP install and database. Is this possible with your plugin? Any recommendations or special instructions?
I have tried enabling the Theme test drive w/ my existing site/theme and find I can not modify the site w/o making changes to the original. I am using the Canvas theme and on the wordpress theme test drive plugin page, after I enable the plugin make changes to the site, the plugin becomes disabled and changes are made to the live site. How do I add ".xxx" after the url to test changes with my current theme? Is this even an option?
