I think it's combination of both. I simply do not have time to handle all support questions and that's why I opened the forum so that other users can jump in and help.
But also beginner users tend to change themes often until they find the one they like.
I'm new to WP… and having fun trying to get my head around it.
Up till now, everything I've done has been on DreamWeaver8 and now CS4.
I went through 3 themes before I settled on Amazing Grace purely from a preference in asthetics stand point.
I'm looking at putting together a website for my church. http://www.gospelhall.org.nz and so have come here for some help on the tweaking of the design.
Also, adding to this, many people new to wordpress (as I once was) are terrified at the sound of php , css , html , and when asked to open up a file in their admin panel it looks like Egyptian hieroglyphics (I had to spell check that).
If people just tried to work through their issues then they would benefit in the long run.

Reading thru the different postings here where people ask for help and list their url, it appears they
give up on the theme and move on.
I realize it doesn't cost them anything for the theme but they do have cost involved.
They put in a lot of time and effort.
Is this typical among WP users?
Do they move on because of bugs/problems?
Or, are they nomads, just wanting to move onto other themes anyway?

Hi Guys,
Also, adding to this, many people new to wordpress (as I once was) are terrified at the sound of php , css , html , and when asked to open up a file in their admin panel it looks like Egyptian hieroglyphics (I had to spell check that).
