There where something missing in the function.php for the translation of the comments. I posted my changes on pastebin.com (for lines 423, 425, 428) and added the following strings to the translation file:
#. Text in function #: functions.php:423 msgid " Required fields are marked " msgstr " Benötigte Felder sind markiert "
#. Text in function #: functions.php:423 msgid "Your email address will <em>never</em> be published or shared." msgstr "Deine E-Mail-Adresse wird <em>niemals</em> veröffentlicht oder weitergeben."
#. Text in function #: functions.php:423 msgid "Log out?" msgstr "Ausloggen?"
