media="screen" />

#portrait-bg { background: url(/images/bg-portrait.jpg); }

This is how the html is for the header portrait to change the pictures. If I want pictures from my media library, should they big designated bg-portrait1.jpg, etc. and instead of template directory should it be media library?

Can anyone answer this for me?

Thank you.

Hi Ali,

To all other readers… Ali and I have had a chat and there was some confusion on Ali's behalf. The images after you have modified them go back into the images folder, not uploaded into your wordpress media library.

I am a bit confused here. What images folder are we putting the newly-named images into – if not the images folder in the media library? I have my images in the images folder in the media library but they don't show up in the slideshow. I can't find a folder that has the images the theme came with.

My site is: http://southfloridahomesforsale.net/

Thanks – Deni

Hello there,

The image folder we refer to is on your server in the 'themes' directory.

When you download the theme it is in a folder, open that folder and there is another called images – it is in there all the theme's images live. You can upload images into your 'media' or 'gallery' sections of WordPress in the admin panel but you have to change the links to them.

Is this clearer?
