Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to set up the wp-wall so that a mod nor admin has to confirm the messages being made. So whenever someone posts a message it would just go right aways?

Wall comments are the same as your blog comments, so you would need to simply turn of the moderation of comments in your settings.
