Hello from Russia

I tried to use WP-Wall plugin on my blog, but faced with such a problem: when i write something on russian, the encoding is broke. After reloading page it's ok, but if i turn on refreshing the wall, after refresh all comments on russian seems like this: “ебаная РєРѕРґРёСЂРѕРІРєР°”
