New WordPress plugin SEO Friendly Images

I have released my new WordPress plugin called SEO Friendly Images. This plugin will optimize images in all your posts for SEO which will positively affect your image search results resulting in more traffic to your blog.

I got inspiration for this plugin after I noticed that image searches are on the second place of all hits for my blog from search engines. I do have lot of images but I also tried to describe them well. Well sometimes I forget to do that and since SEO seems to be the most important thing today since sliced bread this is where SEO Friendly Images kicks in.

It will automatically fill in alt and title tags of images using post title, image name and any other keywords you select.

To read more about it, head on to SEO Friendly Images plugin page.

Thanks for the plugin. But since the start of my blog I have been using alt tags for my images on the site. On the side note how does uploading images to tinypic sounds???

It can reduce the lag in the load time but I am not sure if someone has to be dependent on services like it because they might shutdown for one or the other reasons. I guess..

I just posted an article on Athority Blogger Forum about how my #2 visited page was one titled 'Pictures Category', and that was without this SEO.

I can't wait to see the impact of even more visits.

I'll let y'all know the impact in a week or so.
