On spending money and the Luxury rule

On spending money and the Luxury rule
It might appear as easy (“If I have money I'd know how to spend it!”) but in reality spending money is all but. In fact it is also a skill that needs to be learned, if one was not lucky enough to live in a surrounding where money spending skills were taught. I have learned the first step the tough way and I'd like to pass my experience on. Greatest challenge with spending money is understanding what money really is. It is not the ticket to your dreams, but a tool for changing the world.

SEO at all costs

SEO at all costs
I was recently approached by a fairly successful company (judging by their website's Alexa of about 2k) offering SEO software for sale. They identified me as one of the top SEO's who may like to test their software's latest features (well thanks for that compliment, I hope it's not the lie as the rest turned out to be). Well to cut the long story short, I wasn't able to run the software at all (it has an installation for Windows which for some reason didn't work).

SEO Smart Links with Network feature

I've released an update to SEO Smart Links Premium plugin which now allows users to have centralized location for their custom keywords. It's very simple to setup. Just upload a CSV file with your custom keywords to any location and copy the URL in SEO Smart Links settings. Set the time of the day you want it to synchronize and the plugin will pull in the latest keywords every day automatically.

How do they get away with this?

How do they get away with this?
I think this would be a perfect title for a new series on Discovery. I have to say that some things do not stop to amaze me, especially when big companies are concerned. I recently had an email from Google that was triggered by some automated algorithm (wrongly), sent from a no-reply address, expecting me to perform an action for which there is no explanation what to do if the assumption was wrong like it was. Trying to find a human or email contact on Google's site leaves you stranded.

I found three plugins that add a second level of protection when logging into your WordPress blog, either through mobile apps, email, SMS or some other way.
