Two people raised a lion cub and named him Christian. Christian got too big and they had to release him to wilderness. After a year they were told he will not recognize them.

Sitting here, waiting while data from my old hard drives are being transferred to the new. I installed a new computer, installed Windows and during the last boot it decided that my graphics card is not properly configured so I write this at 800x600 in 16 colors. It did give me excellent food for the thoughts though. The King is naked and somebody said it Couple of days ago I was sitting with a very good friend of mine who is a designer by profession.

Why are search results are so important today?

If you type on Google my first name, Vladimir, you can find my site listed pretty soon, just below the actual president of Russia Vladimir Putin, and in company of some historically very important Vladimirs. For only six months that this site exists, my work has influenced the best search engine in the world to show me among 10 most important Vladimirs of all time. What a huge honor that is, but is it well deserved?

WordCast Appearance

I do not know about you but whenever I check my feed reader (I use Google Reader btw) the amount of posts that awaits me easily exceeds a thousand. Out of fear for this every time I just postpone reading my feed for couple of days and thus create even worse situation. So it is very tough to enter my feed subscriptions nowadays but one site did it recently. It is called WordCast and features a weekly podcast about WordPress news.
