It's true they give you a platform to share your content, but in reality if you are writing content, you are pretty much making Digg money, and they want to own your content. I gave up on Digg years ago. I work only with companies that value my work and are not too greedy. That's what these companies don't understand. Facebook tried something like this - with the content "ownership" issue. It really blew up in their face! Hopefully the same will happen with Digg's efforts along this line. This is a real shame.
