I recently came up several sites that use Amazing Grace WordPress theme and I was happy to see them. Out of curiosity I have then searched on Google to find out about other blogs using the theme. And I've came across blogs about Africa, politics, pets, personal blogs, travel blogs. It is really a great way to find interesting blogs.
