Obesity statistics and how to lose weight fast

I was looking at the obesity statistics the other day and was so shocked. To me it was never a problem and I think I figured out why so I decided to share my 'how to lose weight fast' solution. Let's look at the the statistics first. Obesity statistics for US Two thirds of US adults (20 years or more) are obese or overweight. Obese adults: 133.6 million (66 percent) Women: 65 million (61.6 percent) Men: 68.3 million (70.5 percent) Two thirds!
