What are best blog directories to submit a blog to?

Every new blog such is mine is facing a typical problem - finding visitors to share your ideas and comments with. There are a number of methods to promote your blog and one if them is submitting them to number of blog directories. There are a lots of them, some tend to be better and some worse. My intention is to make a practical test where is it best to submit a blog to. Today I carefully submitted information to around 15 blog directories.
