Smart Youtube hits 1,000,000 downloads

Smart Youtube hits 1,000,000 downloads
I am very happy that one of my first WordPress plugins hit 1,000,000 downloads this week. Smart Youtube allows users to easily embed Youtube videos to WordPress blogs and is one of the most popular WordPress plugins of all time. It is followed by SEO Smart Links with nearly half a million of downloads and SEO Friendly Images with 368,000 downloads. The combined downloads of all my WordPress plugins are now at 2,500,000. And I am only getting warmed up with WordPress ;)

SEO Smart Links with Network feature

I've released an update to SEO Smart Links Premium plugin which now allows users to have centralized location for their custom keywords. It's very simple to setup. Just upload a CSV file with your custom keywords to any location and copy the URL in SEO Smart Links settings. Set the time of the day you want it to synchronize and the plugin will pull in the latest keywords every day automatically.

I already posted my opinion on why you should keep your homepage ad-free and here is another tip for how to keep your articles appear ad-free to new visitors.
