Every new blog such is mine is facing a typical problem - finding visitors to share your ideas and comments with. There are a number of methods to promote your blog and one if them is submitting them to number of blog directories. There are a lots of them, some tend to be better and some worse. My intention is to make a practical test where is it best to submit a blog to.
Today I carefully submitted information to around 15 blog directories. Some of them ask that you link back to them and that is why at the bottom of this page you will find now a number of links to those directories. I invite you to go and check them out yourself personally.
I will monitor visitors for one week and post results with statistics. So stay tuned :)
Update: After two days, only one site sent traffic (blogcatalog), others still have not approved the registration or sent nothing. Waiting some more time..

The queue at lsblogs at the moment is currently almost 6000 blogs long (although it was 12000 not so long ago, we have cleared a large amount of the backlog). This means it will be some time before recent submissions are accepted, but rest assured yours is in the queue and will be processed as soon possible (but it will be some time!)
Ps - you submitted it to the totally wrong category, as yours is not a Search Engine Optimisation SEO/SEM blog, so usually it would just get deleted for being submitted into a unsuitable category- but I will move it into a more suitable category for you ;)
I noticed there are a quite a lot of blog dirs you refer to on your site! Tell me besides the ones you refer to, are there any other's that bring you considerable traffic that I should include in my experiment?
