Best New WordPress Plugins

Update: The updated, full-featured list will from now on be available at ManageWP.org.

The extend page for plugins on WordPress.org features the most popular, highly rated, recently updated and new plugins.

But one thing missing is rising stars - plugins that are not yet quite so popular but are rapidly becoming so based on current downloads and ratings. These plugins would normally get no exposure and I decided to change that.

I will update the list every week on Monday so make sure you check come back for changes and newcomers. Interested in themes? Check Best new WordPress themes list, also updates every Monday.

The list is available in form of a WordPress plugin WP Quick Deploy, which also allows you to install any plugin from the list with just one click.

This list contains plugins downloaded between 10,000 and 100,000 times total, sorted by last week's popularity.

Have you seen the new Bablic Localization WordPress plugin? It's a new & way more effective way of translation WordPress sites.

Basically you start off by selecting the language you add and then choose from machine or human translation. You can then, right in their real-time visual editor, right-click on any element (text, images, css, error msgs, forms, etc) in your site and manually edit it.

Once you're happy with the results, just click save & publish.

Way easier than the older generation alternatives such as WPML, Polylang and so on which make you create pages, menus and so on. Especially that they always have compatibility issues with different plugins, themes, Bablic Localization works with everything!

Hi Vladimir. Thanks for featuring Beaver Builder on your upcoming stars list! We're quite flattered. Now you've made me quite curious about your "special algorithm." Is that code public? Keep up the good work :)

Thanks for your effort to serve me and others in the wordpress community with these lists of plugins. I visit almost weekly your list and its one of my best tip when people asking me questions about the enormous selection of plugins available. I am not a web designer, however fashion designer with limited time and knowledge of codes etc. Thanks Kenneth, founder of buddha Jeans Company

I was wondering how the "score" is determined?

It is all automated, using a special algorithm I developed that looks into downloads, trends, ratings etc
