Using Insights
Insights increases the speed you access and present information on your site. It makes any information almost instantaneously available.
Let's say I want to link snazzy archives to my exact plugin page.

Installation
1. Upload the whole plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
2. Go to the Plugins page and activate the plugin.
3. Use the Options page to change your options
4. If you want to use Google Maps module then get your free Google Maps key here.
4. Write a new post. You will notice Insights toolbar. Use it :)

Its a nice plugin. But I think I am unable to make it work fully. After search when i try to link to my earlier post, all it does is inserts a link but text it as [Object Selection] which then I have to manually edit and put the required text.

Is there a way to integrate this plugin with Custom Post types? I could add new meta boxes to the plugin, but I dont them to get overwritten when the plugin updates.
A wonderful plugin - thank you! Though I do have a feature suggestion - I'd be great if Insight could automatically attribute it's media sources when inserting them, like Zemanta does.
It does automatically link to the original media source, thus attributing it ;)
Just wondering why categories and tags aren't searched? As far as I can tell, when searching my blog, only post titles and content are actually searched.

I love the Insights plugin. Can you please make it custom post type (custom taxonomy) compatible? This is a core feature of WordPress and has been for a while. I have been using custom post types on several sites and would love to be able to use Insights with those custom post types.

I just got one Problem, when I use "My Blog" or "Wikipedia" anything where the Button "Insert link to selection" is available, that link / action does nothing on my side.
I got the newest, WordPress and your newest Version.
Somehow that part won't work, Video and Images work fine.
just few words to thank you for this useful plugin ... then to ask for a cropper.php compatibility: yep, all the thumbnails from flickr are down (not shown)(with excerpt: see on http://future-architecture.org/?p=379 on the right latest topics) and just appear the ALT text !!
It seems that comes from the cropper function to reduct the image witch can't be used for flickr images ;) so it means, crop the image to thumbnail internal then save them in the media gallery, and it will be all ok ... so far ... thank you for upgrading
It would be nice to have a "Photo by PictureAuthor via Flickr" reference under the pictures with PictureAuthor as a link and the actual photo NOT being a link. It would look more professional and not so many people would be leaving a website because they click on a picture.
Love this plugin and smarttube, I just started using them both, they are 2 of 3 plugins I use on my site.
Anyways, I just noticed when I inserted a youtube video using yoru insights plugin, I thought it might be cool if it had the option to insert the link into the post with the smarttube "httpv" or an option to insert that instead of the code it currently inserts.
Anyways just an idea, great plugins, I like how the options sections of them isn't bloated but has everything needed.
