    STILL loving Amazing Grace! I may eventually get around to changing a few colors around, but don't really see the need.

    Will give your Smart You Tube plug in a try, because I'm an iPhone user and getting tired of struggling with video formats that don't show up in my feed, or don't play on the phone when I want to show something to a friend.

    Thanks!

    I previously posted almost a year ago and changed some information, so I posted this comment for the sake of those folks looking for an easy way to implement color and pic changes to Vladimir's Amazing Grace theme.

    You can read about it here: http://verysmallbusiness.info/about-theme/

    Hi,

    Nice theme ( Blue Grace ), the comment box at the end of each post lacks the Name,Email,Website input boxes but some html code is sitting just above the comment box itself.

    Code sitting just above comment box:

    You can use these tags:

    Is there a fix to get it looking like the comment box I'm using now ?

    Thanks,
    John

    Hi there, I just installed your Blue Grace theme from WordPress. I am very excited to begin using my new blog site but wanted to comment on something and get some suggestions from you.

    I am not a tech guru and find all the inside talk overwhelming. I really want to change my photos at the top but I have no idea what your directions mean when I look it up. I know that another Theme I considered had a simple "Change Banner Picture" and a simple upload from Browse got me where I needed to be. Any consideration on adding this to your themes for the "average folk"?

    Who can I hire to make some changes for me?

        Vera, I have looked at your site. I would like to know how you changed the option to show more than 4 categories on the top and another one is when someone click on category, it shows the total posts with paging, how did you do that ? I am not an expert at coding. Any help would be appreciated !

        Regards,
        Kumar

          Hi there Kumar,

          I havent done anything to get more tabs on the top, it just depends on how many categories do you have in your blog and how many posts do you have in every categorie.

          For paging you have a good plugin called WP-Page Navi. Maybe you could be interested in add another sidebar to your theme, so you can read (traslated first to english of course) this post: http://www.verasoul.com/2009/12/como-aadir-una-tercera-sidebar-a-la-plantilla-blue-grace-o-amazing-grace-en-wordpress.html

          If something let me know.

          See you later

    Hello Vladimir, first of all thanks for your great theme. I would like to ask you something that it has been making me crazy about. I have added a new sidebar under the Picture and I have called sidebar-center. It is just on the top and its width size is about 320px so it is taking the width size of left and right sidebar. My problem is that when I add a widget into that sidebar-center it appears very close to the text and would like it appears separated from the text like the left-sidebar is.

    This is the CSS code for sidebar-center:
    #sidebar-center
    {
    font-size:1em;
    float:left;
    margin-left:20px;
    width:350px;
    padding:.5em .2em 2em 1em;
    }

    This is the code in sidebar.php file:

    You can have a look at my blog: http://www.verasoul.com

    I would like to add three more sidebars on the footer, the same you have here. Thanks for your help.

    I am having the same problem as Rob. Love the theme but the second sidebar is ending up at the bottom of the page. No matter which browser, etc. I use. Any advice would be appreciated. Mine looks like this as well: http://ourmortgagemess.com/

    Can you tell me if this theme is compatible with WordPressMU? I've loaded it on my WordPress standalone server and it works fine, but it won't come up in the list of available themes on my WordPressMU site. It doesn't even show up in the list of themes I can make available to my users.

    Thanks,

    Dan

      Hey Dan,
      I was able to install this theme within MU and I'm using the "Userthemes" plugin to make a copy of it on one of the blogs/sites within MU. So far, everything is working out. I'm behind a firewall with the dev server, but folks who are accessing it locally (on our network) haven't had any issues.
      I'm new to MU, but with Vlad's great code, it was worth the risk.

        Thanks for the reply!
        It's weird I currently have 122 themes available to my users and I copied the folders into the wp-content/themes folder, but when I refresh the themes page it still only shows 122 themes available. I'll have to do some further digging!

        Thanks again,

        Dan

          Opps! I'm an idiot I copied them into the wrong installation of MU... That's what I get for not having my coffee before doing this stuff!?!

          Thanks again,

          Dan

    Dear Vladimir,
    first of all: Happy birthday!
    I am using Amazing Grace for my travel-homepage/blog (wellness and relaxation, http://www.entspannungsreisen.de/blog). Your fotos are a perfect fit, I shall replace them at a later date.
    The story about the Mexican fisherman is one of my favorite stories since many years. It was written, so far as I know, by Heinrich Böll, Anekdote zur Senkung der Arbeitsmoral, 1963 (he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1972). I published this story on my homepage.
    Probably you will like the "Prophecy of the Cree" too. It was very important for american an german environmentalists in the early 1970s: Only after the last tree has been cut down / Only after the last river has been poisoned / Only after the last fish has been caught / Then will you find that money cannot be eaten.

    Thank you very much for this nice theme.

    Hi

    I am using Blue Grace and it's an excellent them. Currently building the site and testing it so it's set to private mode using one of the add ons for WordPress.

    One slight issue with the theme. The search function next to the images on the top right of the screen. I put a word in to search and the little magnifying glass is not clickable. In order to get a search started i must hit enter on my keyboard. I tested this in Firefox 3.5 and Internet Explorer 8. This means i have to add a sidebox search widget which i would prefer not to do as people might try hitting the magnifying glass for a search and it doesn't work ( as i tried )

    Is there a fix for this ?

    Other than that small issue i think it's the best theme i have come across for my film reviews high definition blu ray based site which i am currently building. If you have a fix for the search function magnifying glass to work it would be perfect.

    Good work and have a great Saturday evening.

    I think I may have found a bug in this theme. When logged in the theme appears fine while logged out and going to an individual post the sidebars travel to a position under the post.. you can see here http://ourmortgagemess.com

    I think both themes are simplicity at their best. I have seen some others using them and getting good SEO positions. When will you make more Vladimir?
